Spot Treating
Spot treat severe areas with a 1:2 solution mixture.1 part Ultra Concentrate with 2 parts water.
Keep area most overnight or 8-12 hours if possible.

Large Area Treatment
Spot treat problem areas using above instructions. Using a new or disinfected garden type sprayer, broadcast spray all mold or mildewed areas with a 1:9 solution. Keep moist overnight or 8-12 hours if possible.

If treating often, occasionally disinfect sprayer: Put 1 tablespoon beach with 1 gallon of cold water into sprayer. Shake well. Make sure to clean hose by discharging some bleach water. Let sprayer set for 20 minutes. Rinse throughly with hot water. Let air dry.
